Banana Berry Yogurt Sundae (or "Monkey Sundaes")
1 portion fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 graham cracker (plain or cinnamon, whatever you prefer!), crushed
A generous handful of fresh blueberries
1/2 banana, sliced
Scoop yogurt into a bowl, add (washed and dried) blueberries and sliced banana. Top with crushed graham cracker and enjoy! Note that if you're making this as a snack, it makes a fairly generous portion. You may want to share with the little one in your life.
Waffles "ala mode"
1 whole-grain waffle or 1 1/2 if you're me (Nutrigrain and Kashi make wonderful frozen waffles)
Fruit spread (just fruit, sugar free--we like seedless blackberry around here)
Vanilla greek-style yogurt (fat free)
Toast waffle to your liking, add a generous amount of fruit spread and top with a dollop of greek yogurt. Devour warm.
